3v-12v Ac/dc Universal Power Adapter

Both Center/Inside Positive (+) Outer/Outside Negative (-) and Center/Inside Negative (-) Outer/Outside Positive (+) Can be Set by Removing Tip and Placing it in an Opposite Position.
