7 Gpu Pci-e, Adapter

I will try to describe the cables to the best of my ability - I do not know how and were they are used as I am not an electronics or computer generation person. S
So please - ask questions and additional pictures to the topic. The Cables are in new condition and tested with an ohmmeter. From left to right on the first photo. 1. Two cables with Black and Blue connectors: 21 inch long including connectors. The black connector - reads PCI-E on the body 8 pins (4x4 two rows) and a label below connector - "TO VGA Card Rail: +12V4" and two green circles in circle logo. The blue connector 8 pins (4x4 two rows) looks like a PCI-E male connector. On the side of it reads TOV and a copyright sign. Below pin label: "TO PSU Location V4 and yellow circle in circle". 2. 2 cables with Black male connectors and "SA TUV" on the body PCI-E 6 pin (3x3); red female 8 pin (4x4) with letters WST - on the body. 7 3/4" long. A customer suggested a it might be: 6 to 8 pin PCI Express Power Converter for GPU Video Card PCI-E to PCI-E. 3. 4 Large 4 pin female black connectors "Yestone P01001 4" - printed on the side - and SA E02 1 US on the opposite side.
