ARRIS SURFboard SB6183 Cable Modem DOCSIS 3.0 16x4 White with Power Adapter.
Modem was powered up and connected to computer by Ethernet cable (computer and cable not included) and basic modem settings were accessible through web browser. Advanced settings were password protected so could not access them. No obvious way to do factory reset. It is believed that firmware updates might be downloaded via ISP when connected but buyer should verify that this cable modem is supported by their ISP provider.
