Reset laptop CMOS setting. You could Googlehow to clean CMOS or initial power management setting at BIOS.
Turn off ‘Saving Power’ or ‘charge protection ’Mode.
Reinstall or unistall original powermanagement software.
Reinstall windows power management driver.

A:  1. Turn off the laptop, unplug the charger and take out the battery.
2. Only plug the charger and boot up the laptop.
3. Turn off the laptop and unplug the charger.
4. Install the battery and plug in the charger, now you will see the battery charging light is on and it means the charging is fine now.
5. Boot up the laptop, and it will show "plugged in, charging"
6. Turn off the laptop and it will be OK now if the battery charging light is still on.
