Dell Inspiron 1000 PP08S 14.1" Powers On 256 MB RAM No HDD No CD ROM For Parts or Repair Laptop powers on to "Dell" startup screen but doesn't go any further and looks like there may be a problem with the graphics, the coloring on the startup screen looks wrong. There are some minor scuffs/scratches on the top cover of the laptop. Please view photos. Battery is untested. There is No HDD, No CD ROM and no Power Adapter.
