RETURN POLICY

All Sales are Final unless they are found to be damaged or defective.  We must be notified of the situation within 3 days of your receipt if the product is defective.  

When an item is shipped with free S/H and return is requested and not due to our fault, we will deduct the actual shipping cost and refund the differences after the item has been returned. 

When a returned item was originally shipped new and the package has been opened, a re-stocking fee of 20% will be deducted from  the refund.
