2. If your M.2 SSD is for first use, you should format it before using. Only in this way can SSD be recognized by computers.
3. HDMI video output: Please make sure the type-c port of the host (laptop/mobile phone/tablet PC) supports
video output function, or there will not output any contents5.
4. Due to bandwidth limitations, DP1.2 computers support up to 4K@30Hz. To get a 4K@60Hz video display,
your type c port of computer needs support DP1.4 (HBR3).
5. To achieve a 10Gbps data transmission rate, the USB 3.2 interface on your PC should be USB 3.2gen2.
Some PCs come with USB 3.2gen1 whose max speed is only 5Gbps.

Q: Why not get 4K@60Hz display?
A: If you want to get 4K 60Hz, the usb c port of your laptop must support DP1.4 and external monitor shall meet 4K 60Hz.
In other words, when your computer port is less than DP1.4, only 4K 30Hz/2K 60Hz can be obtained by using this dock.
